BSN 4 Years Program Purposes
Prepare the graduates to function as a professional general nurse.
Participate in evidence-based nursing practices, education, research, leadership, and consultation services within the local, regional, national, and global communities.
The program also aims to recognize and respond to the need for continuing professional development
Objectives
Prepare the graduate who Synthesize knowledge from nursing and related disciplines to care the clients across the health-illness continuum throughout the life span.
Utilize creative leadership to promote quality health care and patient safety in a rapidly changing, multicultural, multi-ethnic and global environment.
Synthesize and apply evidence and research findings from nursing and other disciplines to improve and strengthen the nursing practice.
Utilize current and appropriate technology and skills to deliver safe and effective patient care.
Function as an advocate and change agent to influence healthcare policies, delivery, economics, and health disparities, aiming to improve the quality of health for diverse populations.
